This is the simple template, just copy and paste this and make changes where they are needed.

Code:: [b]Clan name[/b]: [i])=(Your character's last name.)=([/i] [b]Given name[/b]: [i])=(Your character's first name.)=([/i] [b]Age[/b]: [i])=(How old your character is.)=([/i] [b] Village[/b]: [i])=(The village your character lives in.)=([/i] [b]Chakra type[/b]: [i])=(The type of chakra your character uses. Example: Fire, water, wind, ice, sound, sand, rock.)=([/i] [b] Character Description[/b]: [i])=(How your character looks, physical features, where his/her headband is, you get the idea.)=( [/i] [b] Biography[/b]: [i])=(Your character's past/history. Make it as detailed as 3 paragraph, but as brief as 1, don't go over either and don't make it shorter[/i].
